MidCoast Council are hosting a Survive the Ride workshop to help improve safety and aid decision making when riding. The free workshop will focus on adjusting your riding habits to reduce personal risk, identifying and finding solutions for common and personal challenges, riding posture for different bike types, speed management, selecting the safest gear for your ride, and basic first aid for motorcyclists. Light refreshments will be provided. Registration is essential. This event is funded under the Local Government Road Safety Program by Transport for NSW.

This free, interactive three-hour workshop provides practical information and live demonstrations to support the safe loading and towing of caravans and trailers. It is important to know how to correctly load and weigh your caravan and drive safely while towing. Overloaded or overweight caravans can also affect insurance cover, making this workshop a valuable opportunity to check you are set up safely before your next adventure.
