Find the best music events and make the most of your time in Kiama. From music to trivia and more, we have the biggest event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.

As the saying goes, a dash of salt brings out the best in everything... and when it comes to music it doesn't get more appetising than Benji and the Saltwater Sound System. Since their formation a couple of years back, this tangy tribe of groove merchants have hit the shoreline swimming. Like all of the greatest live acts, their sound is ever revolving - responding to the audience and the room, taking bold new turns and venturing into new territory. It was this willingness to grow and develop that led to the band's infectious debut album, Coming Up for Water, featuring the much loved live favourite Top Bunk Trait - garnished in sweet guitar licks and feet-pounding horns. Benji and the Saltwater Sound System fuse Pacific flavours with the raw rolling sounds of the Australian Pacific coast. Add to this the poignant lyrics and a will to transcend genre and you're part the way there. The band has graced some of Australia's most iconic stages.

It is the Year of the Horse, and HDC are riding in with a newly recorded album. Fresh from Agnes Waters Blues & Roots Festival - it’s going to be bluesy & funky, soulful & a whole lotta fun. New songs, more folks on stage and a super cool album - WAYWARD E>MOTIONS will bring the giddy up vibe to Fillmore's.

A night of rhythm, fire and atmosphere. Paul A. George, lead guitarist from Tijuana Cartel, brings a special solo performance blending intricate flamenco guitar with deep global grooves and organic electronic textures. Expect moments of virtuoso nylon string guitar, hypnotic rhythms and percussive beats that gradually open the floor. At times intimate and spellbinding, at others driving and dance ready, the music moves between listening and movement. If you have seen Paul ignite stages with Tijuana Cartel, you will recognise the energy, but here the guitar takes centre stage.
Fresh from a new recording, WAYWARD E>MOTIONS, and a tour that took them from Bermagui to Agnes Waters Blues and Roots Festival in Queensland, HDC are. It is the Year of the Horse, and that means tumultuous times worldwide. Overseas travel is dubious at best- but HDC will take you on a little adventure from Chicago down to Mrs. Hippy's place in the South on a one night spin: it's going to be bluesy, and a little bit funky, soulful, a little bit country, and a whole lotta fun. It's been awhile since we have been to this fine little spot, an oases for the horses, and lovers of live music in a friendly venue. As many of you are aware, tickets are very limited, so it is likely to fill up.
