Body-Mind Centering® is a guided somatic movement practice that invites an exploration of your body-mind in motion. Drawing on the lived experience of your anatomy and physiology, the practice can open up new pathways of movement that are enjoyable and relaxing. Benefits could include a greater range of motion, increased self awareness, and connection to community. Anyone can participate, no prior experience is needed.
