BLOOM - A Circle for Rising Young Women. A space of mindfulness and awareness and connection. BLOOM is a safe space welcoming our rising Young Girls to come as they are. BLOOM provides a nourishing and safe space to share your thoughts and emotions supported by inspirational activities, and music. 🌸 A space where we will explore a variety of activities where we will explore: - Awareness techniques - Breath work - Mindfulness + Meditation - The art of Gratitude - Creative craft activity. These young Women will leave Circle with this knowledge to help them in life and have found new connections. ✨

Griffith Connection - Musical Bingo is a twist on the classic game of bingo that replaces numbers with song snippets, making it perfect for catching up with friends for a meal, a chat and can still play music bingo at the same time. It’s very relaxed and lots of fun! You can sing along too we won’t judge if you’re out of key.
