BLOOM - A Circle for Rising Young Women. A space of mindfulness and awareness and connection. BLOOM is a safe space welcoming our rising Young Girls to come as they are. BLOOM provides a nourishing and safe space to share your thoughts and emotions supported by inspirational activities, and music. 🌸 A space where we will explore a variety of activities where we will explore: - Awareness techniques - Breath work - Mindfulness + Meditation - The art of Gratitude - Creative craft activity. These young Women will leave Circle with this knowledge to help them in life and have found new connections. ✨

Griffith Connection - Musical Bingo is a twist on the classic game of bingo that replaces numbers with song snippets, making it perfect for catching up with friends for a meal, a chat and can still play music bingo at the same time.
