Ladies Who Lead is an in-person workshop for women ready to communicate with clarity, confidence, and calm without burning out or shrinking themselves. This experience gives you time away from the noise to slow down, sharpen your voice, and connect with other women who want to be heard clearly and confidently. This workshop is practical and easy to apply. You'll leave with clear tools to communicate with confidence, a stronger, steadier voice, more ease when speaking, better listening, and connection with others. You'll leave feeling clear, calm, and confident in your voice.

Rock Band Vibes is a beginner-friendly crash course on playing in a real band. We start right at the basics so everyone can get an easy win straight away, even if they have never played an instrument before. From there, participants can stretch as far as they like, picking parts that offer the right challenge. We build a simple, popular song section-by-section, focusing on timing, teamwork, and confidence, and finish with a performance run-through so everyone feels ready.
