FREE Fishing Fun for 8 – 14-year-olds. Come Fish with Us and learn how to fish at NSW DPIRD's Dutton Trout Hatchery. Our kids fishing workshop includes sessions on how to rig up a rod, knot tying, fishing safety, correct casting techniques, and a practical fishing session. It will also include some great tips on fishing responsibly, correct catch and release techniques, and offer a chance to hear from experts about all things fishing to get started fishing. All equipment is supplied on the day and each participant will take home a rod/reel and goodie bag.
