What's On in Condobolin

Condobolin District Landcare is excited to host Neil McDonald, one of Australia’s most respected working dog and stockhandling educators (as seen on Muster Dogs), for a four-day Working Dog & Stockhandling School 27th-30th April 2026. With decades of experience, Neil delivers practical, hands-on training that focuses first on people, then livestock, and finally dogs, the key to achieving calm, cooperative stock. The school covers: Low-stress livestock handling, Effective use of working dogs, Understanding livestock behaviour, Improving productivity and pasture management, Workplace safety and animal welfare. Participants leave with clear, transferable skills and the confidence to apply and on-teach these techniques at home.
