Tracey from Haven at home is proudly taking part in this year's Stars of the Central Coast which is Cancer Council's flagship fundraiser for the region. Tracey will be hitting the dance floor at Laycock Street Theatre to raise vital funds for Cancer Council. As apart of her fundraising efforts she will be hosting a Trivia Fundraising Night with lots of fun and prizes in store! Tables of 8 or 10 with an MC on the night, music and Lucky door prizes.

Velvet Disco is a guided music journey for women, created to help ease stress, support the nervous system and reconnect with the body. Velvet Disco is becoming a small monthly gathering on the Central Coast for women who want to move, reset and reconnect through music and movement. This sunset session takes place on the sands of Umina Beach. As the light softens and the day winds down, you’ll put on wireless headphones and be guided through music designed to help you drop out of your head and back into your body. There’s no right or wrong way to move. You might sway, stretch, dance, walk along the water, sit down or simply close your eyes and listen. The invitation is simply to follow what your body needs. No dance experience is needed. Just come as you are. Spaces are intentionally limited due to the number of headphones available.
