Many of the patterns we live — in relationships, intimacy, health, self-worth, and emotional responses — are not only shaped by our own life. They are often inherited through the family system, carried unconsciously across generations, and expressed through the body as tension, contraction, or repetition. In this workshop, we begin to gently trace these patterns back. Through a combination of constellation work, somatic awareness, and guided inner journeys, we explore how your current life experience may be connected to deeper systemic dynamics — and how these can be brought into awareness and completion.
