Intro to Art Therapy includes an experiential art making session, (all materials provided) and then being guided through a process where you will learn to 'read' or decipher the information being communicated in your art. Art Therapy is a mindfulness technique & tool for regulating your nervous system. Art Therapy is a way to access your subconscious & unconscious mind. Art Therapy can be used to rewrite your beliefs and rewire your brain programming. But the thing I think is the most interesting and impactful element of Art Therapy is that it is a way to experience connection & have a conversation with your intuition/higher self/inner guidance or whatever you prefer to call it.
The University of Newcastle will be hosting an information session for parents and carers of prospective students from the Armidale region. We are in Armidale supporting parents and carers of senior school students. If you have a child who is currently completing senior studies, come visit us for our Parents and Carers Info Session.
