We’ll begin by gathering at the gazebo in the park, where we’ll meet as a group before wandering together to find our spot on the grass. From there, we’ll settle onto our mats for a guided meditation, reconnecting to breath, body, and the present moment. This quiet opening helps us arrive fully before shifting the energy. Once we’re grounded and centred, the headsets go on and the music begins. The park becomes our dance floor as we move into a silent disco experience.
