Ceramic Magnet Painting is a series of workshops for children aged 5 to 15 years, led by local artists Sarah Petrich and Candice Sawyer. These workshops provide a fun and engaging way to develop important skills, encouraging creativity and self-expression. Participants will create personalized ceramic magnets, which can be taken home to display or gifted to someone special. The workshop offers an introductory yarn on embedding Aboriginal culture into education and service delivery. Participants will explore practical ways to strengthen cultural understanding, build respectful relationships, and support inclusive environments for Aboriginal children, families and community.
