The past doesn't have to define you. Letting Go is your invitation to break free. This 70 minute breathwork experience is designed to help you surrender emotional baggage, release suppressed emotions, and step into a state of clarity and peace. Through progressive breathwork, guided coaching, hypnotic affirmations, and immersive soundscapes, you'll move through a powerful process of emotional release and transformation. As you breathe, you'll confront and let go of what no longer serves you-rewriting old stories, embracing deep forgiveness, and awakening a renewed sense of self. A final breath hold and cathartic scream release, clear out deeply held emotions, allowing you to step forward unburdened and free. By the end, you'll feel lighter, clearer, and fully aligned with your truest self-ready to move forward with confidence and peace. Breathe in. Let go. Step into freedom.

Join us in the Launceston Planetarium for our new show Dark Side of Light. Light pollution. Have you ever heard of this term? How can something as essential as light even be associated with pollution? And yet there it is. For several centuries, we have become accustomed to lighting up artificial light sources after dark, considering them natural. But it’s not. Living organisms, both plants and animals, have adapted to the natural cycle of day and night for tens of millions of years. Our biorhythms work in accordance with sunrise and sunset. The artificial disruption of this cycle has serious consequences, not only for our health but also for the environment and the economy. So why is the increasing level of artificial lighting dangerous for us? Dark Side of Light, Each Planetarium show is followed by a live tour of the current night sky.
Celebrate with us at our special Gala event, an evening of fine dining, drinks, and entertainment, supporting May Shaw Health Centre. Honouring 105 years of history and embracing the next chapter of our journey, this one-off event promises a truly memorable experience that you will not want to miss. The evening will commence outdoors, taking in the serene, luscious lawns and stunning lake views at Apricus, before moving upstairs into the restaurant and alfresco for dinner and live music by Tori Rattray. A live auction will add excitement, and Richard Ho from Minch Media will be on hand to capture the memories of this special night. Guests will also have a unique opportunity to explore the 105-year history that has brought us to where we are today.
