An exclusive exploration of the world’s finest sparkling wines. Sparkling winemaking is a discipline of precision, patience, and craftsmanship. The Howard Park Global Sparkling Tasting honours this artistry through a rare blind tasting experience that brings together a curated selection of exceptional, often unobtainable sparkling wines from around the world. Guests will taste more than 20 sparkling wines across four curated brackets, featuring acclaimed examples from regions including Champagne, the UK, Italy, the New World, and beyond. Guided by Nic Bowen (event curator and Howard Park Chief Winemaker) and an expert panel—this is a deep dive into the nuance, structure, and style of sparkling wine across the globe. Throughout the session, guests will enjoy generous bites and roaming canapés designed to complement the effervescent journey. 

An afternoon of world-class wines, rare finds, and exceptional tastings.  The Grand Tasting is far more than a cellar door visit—it’s a four-hour wine-tasting celebration of iconic vintages, limited releases, and winemaker favourites all in one stunning location. Indulge in festival dishes crafted by acclaimed chef Matt Moran and Italian soprano and cookbook author Silvia Colloca, showcasing their culinary expertise.  On the music stage, Silvia will also treat guests to a live opera performance, providing a captivating soprano finale to your afternoon of wine tastings.  At the Perfect Pair’d stage, hear from Kirk Pengilly (INXS) and Layne Beachley, founders of KP Wine, as they partake in engaging Q&A sessions. Plus, expect other special guest appearances from some well-known names.  Optional Museum Tasting Masterclasses with top wine writers Nick Ryan and Erin Larkin offer a deeper dive for those seeking more (additional cost). 

A sensory feast in the forest. Step into the forest for one of the most enchanting dining experiences of the festival. Set beneath the towering karri trees of Tanah Marah, Nature’s Table invites you to slow down, connect with the land, and indulge in a four-hour sensory journey. In the spirit of the natural setting, enjoy a four-course feast crafted from homegrown, seasonal ingredients, with each dish perfectly paired with the region’s leading wines. Celebrated chefs Paul Iskov (Fervor) and Jess Court (Glenarty Road) will collaborate with guest chefs to forage, prepare and serve this memorable long lunch. This year’s menu is inspired by the Noongar story of the Emu Plum, with the revered ingredient woven delicately throughout the meal. The experience begins with a moving cultural welcome from Wadandi-Pibulmun custodian Zac Webb, honouring the land on which you dine. Let the natural acoustics of the forest, paired with an innovative soundscape and wine composition by Jo Burzynska, heighten your sense of taste, smell and texture as you relish each pairing of plate and pour. This is more than a meal - it’s an immersion in place, culture and flavour. $290 per person includes return complimentary Pair'd Bus transfers. IMPORTANT: No parking is available at the venue. Winemaker Andy Bretherton will be pouring the first of the newly released crisp 25 Sparkling and the gorgeous 25 Fiano. As twilight settles in, take your seat at a beautifully styled long table for an intimate local seafood-focused family-style dinner under the stars in one of the region’s most breathtaking settings. Enjoy clinking glasses and good conversations with old friends, or new! 

A rare collaboration of culinary artistry and winemaking mastery, this exclusive evening brings together new and old, heritage and craft. Julien Royer, chef-owner of Singapore’s three-Michelin-starred Odette and winner of the World’s 50 Best Chef’s Choice Award, joins forces with WA Good Food Guide Regional Chef of the Year, Cam Jones. Together, they will explore the influence of terroir on their craft, creating an elegant and restrained menu designed to perfectly complement the wines of Vasse Felix. Royer, whose roots trace back to a fourth-generation farming family in France’s Auvergne region, will draw inspiration from his agrarian heritage for his hotly anticipated Pair’d debut. Joined by Odette’s award-winning Wine Director Vincent Tan and Vasse Felix Chief Winemaker Virginia Willcock, the chefs will present an exclusive wine dinner, shining the spotlight on local ingredients through Odette’s modern French cuisine, infused with a zest of Asia. On the night, expect live music and canapés, followed by a refined four-course dinner thoughtfully paired with current and museum wines from the Vasse Felix cellar. Respected wine journalist Erin Larkin will host the event, sharing insights into Vasse Felix’s history as the birthplace of Margaret River wine, and guiding guests through each wine pairing.

40th Cullen Wines International Chardonnay Tasting The Cullen International Chardonnay Tasting is a testament to the legacy of Dr Kevin John Cullen. What began as his annual gathering to celebrate his favourite varietal and producers has grown into one of the most important events on the Australian wine industry calendar. Kevin believed in Margaret River’s potential to produce wines equal to the best in the world, which led to the creation of the Cullen Wines Annual International Chardonnay Tasting to benchmark Margaret River Chardonnay against the finest from around the globe. Celebrating the 40th Year of the International Chardonnay Tasting, the event will be held on Saturday, 22nd November, featuring the incredible 2021 vintage. Guests will enjoy three brackets of tastings followed by a sumptuous lunch. Vanya Cullen is honoured to continue the tradition started by her father, sharing and enjoying some of the finest Chardonnays the world has to offer.

Be among the first to sip Willespie’s new chilled red Gamay and Gamay Rosé while Chef Melissa Palinkas of Young George (East Fremantle) brings the flavour, with house-made charcuterie and canapés designed to satisfy and surprise.  And the vibe? Pure groove. DJ Gamma Ray takes the decks with her vinyl collection. Got a favourite record? Bring it along and let it spin into the night.  Your ticket includes two glasses of wine to get the good times rolling and all food. After that, bottles and glasses are available for purchase. 

Join us for a Long Lunch at Fraser Gallop Estate—a highlight of the Pair’d Festival. Hosted by Nigel and Dorothy Gallop, this intimate afternoon unfolds in a marquee overlooking the elegant grounds of Gallop House. Set among manicured gardens, a tranquil lake, and flourishing vineyards, the atmosphere is perfectly complemented by live jazz from Mr and Mrs Smith. Begin with canapés and a glass in hand before settling in for a three-course menu crafted by Supper Road’s Head Chef Jason Beste. Each dish is thoughtfully paired with Fraser Gallop Estate’s Parterre and Palladian wines, including a rare museum release. This is a rare chance to experience one of Margaret River’s most secluded estates. Last year’s event sold out—book early to avoid missing out. This is an all-inclusive event.

Join us for a fire-cooked feast in the paddock as Beerfarm, Churchview Estate, and Gabriel Chocolate come together for an unforgettable night of food, drink, and celebration in the heart of Metricup. Set under the stars at Beerfarm’s working farm and brewery, this roving-style dinner features smoky meats, fresh local marron, rich desserts, and bold regional flavours — all cooked over flame and paired with locally crafted wines and craft beer. From Beerfarm's grain and grass-fed Beef, to Churchview's dam caught marron, each dish tells a story of the land it came from.
