To enhance your experience, feel free to bring your favorite crystal, cushions, blankets, or other comfort items, along with an open and receptive mind. If you'd like to reflect on your journey, a journal is optional, allowing you to capture the insights and inspiration that arise during our shared imaginal exploration.

The program teaches emergency preparedness not only in what to pack during an emergency, but also prepares children for the thoughts and feelings that may arise during and after an emergency.

Sydney Scooter Club competition to be held at Cessnock Skatepark. All riders must wear a protective helmet and ride a park style scooter that meets the below requirements. Toy scooters, dirt scooters and scooters with foldable mechanisms, more than 2 wheels, or non-rotating headsets are not permitted. Categories for this competition are age based. You will compete as the age you will be on 31 December 2026, in line with Skate Australia requirements.
