Join us in person for Warden Training and level up your safety skills with the crew! Training for Wardens on how to respond to an emergency on UC Campus. Training will include emergency procedures, fire awareness and portable fire fighting equipment and bomb threat response. UC Wardens receive an allowance BUT need to attend two training sessions per year.

With a cybercrime reported every six minutes and ransomware costing billions annually, Australia is facing an unprecedented cyber security crisis in need of immediate action (Department of Home Affairs, 2023). Over three days (4pm -8pm 21,22,23 April), participants will hear from academic and industry experts with in-depth knowledge and experience working in the sector. You will learn about the latest research in the mental health field, work through complex mental health first aid interactions, and practice your mental health first aid skills across a range of mental health problems and mental health crisis situations. From 2 February 2026 participants will also receive a Learner Access Pass which will provide: Enhanced learner tools and digital resources so learners can access up-to-date, evidence-based materials post-course – helping to support safer, more mentally healthy workplaces and spaces that reinforce psychological safety, Ongoing community engagement through a new MHFAider Champions Hub, providing opportunities to engage with MHFA beyond the training, Continued skill and confidence-development via post-course supports and new learning opportunities, A stronger, more sustainable MHFA community to empower Instructors, MHFAiders and organisations to keep supporting each other and their communities.
