Heritage Bakes & Heartfelt Stories: Mother’s Day Special Afternoon Tea with Liz Harfull — Celebrating 'The New Blue Ribbon Cookbook'. Liz Harfull, author of 'The New Blue Ribbon Cookbook', will explore the history of shows and show-cooking competitions, and the stories behind treasured recipes passed down through generations. Afternoon tea is supplied by the SA Country Women's Association.

You will learn how the fermentation process works to improve gut health and digestion, making it easy to recreate this nutritious, ancient food at home. This workshop focuses on kitchen sustainability creating more flavour with less waste while respecting your ingredients. You'll learn traditional techniques and, of course, get to taste the results.
