Tri Tag Rugby embraces all the aspects that make Rugby Union unique: scrums, lineouts, and the breakdown, but does so in a way that is fun and accessible for all participants, regardless of skill or experience.

Develop your core skills with our RugbyWA Girls Pathways and Academy coaches running skill sessions covering: Track to tackle and tackle, Catch Pass, Rucking, Scrums and Lineouts, Kicking and much more. Thursday - 9th April: 9am - 12pm.

Netball Technical Skills training with Verity Simmons & Sharni Layton (Australian Diamonds 181 & 155) for 5-9 Year Olds, 10-13 Year Olds, and 14+ Year Olds. Sessions include warm up, fun netball skills, technical footwork drills, attacking & defence specialist, game, photos/signing/Q&A. Limited spots. Arrive at least 15 minutes before your session starts.
Everyone 11-17yrs is welcome to join in who will win the pool challenge Grab a cue, line up your shot and see if you've got what it takes to become the school holiday pool champion. Come and challenge the youth workers and young people test your skills on the table. Participants will go head to head in friendly matches and a chance to win some prizes and bragging rights as the tournament This session is suitable for young people aged 11-17. Freestyle Now will be conducting a FREE BMX / MTB jam sessions at the John Dunn pump track. Participants are split up into groups based on their skill level and what they are interested in achieving. All participants would need their own equipment, helmet and closed in shoes. Participants with defective equipment may not be able to participate. Our coaches may be able to assist with some minor adjustments (BMX Bar straightening) before the session starts if required and time permitting.
Thanks to the City of Wanneroo, Freestyle Now will be hosting a skatepark coaching jam session at the Yanchep skatepark. The session will be open to any participants in skateboard, scooter and BMX who would like to increase their skill level and get advice on tricks. There will be mini challenges held during the session with lots of prizes to be given away. Participants can register for the sessions online via the link below. Wednesday 8 to Thursday 9 April 8.30am to 12.30pm Designed to support players at all stages of development, this clinic focuses on building technical ability, game understanding and confidence through engaging and high-quality training sessions in a fun, camp-style environment. Participants will enjoy improving their skills while developing a deeper understanding of the game. The clinic will be delivered by the experienced J&J coaching team, including: Prof Adi Juric Branko Jelic Each day will include a variety of sessions and games focusing on individual technique, strength and conditioning, game tactics, skills and tricks, principles of striking, 1v1s, first touch and dribbling. Players will be grouped according to age and skill level to ensure an inclusive and supportive learning environment, with all participants having the opportunity to work with each of the coaches.
