This program aims for young people to develop strategies and skills for managing wellbeing through mindfulness activities using art & craft. Mindfulness Matters with Lego is a two-day therapeutic School Holiday Program designed for young people aged 7-12 who have a family member or a friend living with a mental health challenge. This program provides a safe, supportive and structured environment where participants can connect with peers, build confidence, and develop practical skills to support their emotional wellbeing.

Begin to explore not just modern day 'breath work' inspired by holotropic breathing and the work of Stanislav Grof, but the ancient practice of yogic pranayama. Unlike modern day breath work classes, this class is taught in a trauma sensitive way, to ensure you feel calm and connected throughout the process.
