Join us for an insightful and empowering session exploring hormones and how to bring them back into natural balance. Whether you are experiencing menstrual cramps, moving through perimenopause or menopause, a man over 30 noticing changes in your body and mind, or a woman wanting to better understand your cycle, this workshop is designed to support you. We will explore a range of holistic, natural approaches that work with the body rather than against it, giving you practical tools and deeper understanding so you can feel more balanced, informed and in tune with your own rhythms.

Start your morning with a grounding beach pilates session followed by a nourishing breakfast picnic.
Guided pelvic practices to open new pathways of SENSATION, CONNECTION, ENERGY, and INTUITIVE KNOWING. This workshop covers three powerful pelvic exercises to reawaken the bones, pelvic floor, and vaginal canal based on 40 years of research-informed knowledge. It is suitable for women who are pregnant, preparing for birth, or postpartum. Participants will learn to know, trust, and enjoy their body through modern anatomy, science, and embodied awareness. The workshop also includes a feminine-coded dream journey for personal insights and messages.
Start your day with Yin Yoga, followed by a fabulous Yang Kundalini Yoga Session. Yin Yoga is a slow-paced style of yoga that is fully supported to maintain comfort in every asana. The postures are maintained for 3-5 minutes, which allows deep stretching of the fascia that surrounds both joint connective tissue and muscle. Yin also opens the organ meridians of the body to promote deep healing and regeneration at a cellular level. Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness. It is a science and also a technology. Each meditation is different and will be focusing on moving through emotional, physical and mental blocks that may be stopping you from reaching your highest potential.
Refresh your skills with managing seizures and administrating Midazolam as part of your support work certification. In this two-hour class, you will learn everything you need to know about how to safely support a person with epilepsy, and how to manage a situation where they have a seizure. This includes training to properly administer Midazolam to those who need it. At the conclusion of the class, you will be sent a certificate you can add to your credentials as a Disability Support Worker. This course is accredited for support workers within Western Australia.

Understanding how medical billing works is a powerful form of self‑advocacy — and it starts with knowing your rights, asking questions, and learning how to make sense of the system. Join us for a friendly and practical workshop with Dr Margaret Faux, one of Australia’s leading experts in Medicare and medical billing. This session is designed especially for consumers who want to build their confidence and learn how to navigate Medicare and read item numbers in simple terms, check what has been billed to your Medicare account, know how private health insurance fits into healthcare costs, ask questions about costs before and during appointments with confidence, and feel more in control of your healthcare decisions. This is a relaxed, welcoming space — perfect for anyone who wants to better understand the health system and feel empowered when making healthcare choices. No prior knowledge is needed. Bring your questions, your curiosity, and join us for this informative workshop.
