Building Blocks Wound Care Education Workshop - Gladstone Presented by Dr Michelle Gibb, Nurse Practitioner of Wound Management and Founder and Director of Wound Specialist Services. Focusing on the basics of wound care, Dr. Michelle Gibb will be discussing the principles of wound assessment and dressing selection. There will be plenty of practical workshop activities to enhance the learning process, as well as opportunities to engage with industry partners. Attendees will be able to use the time spent in the seminar towards their Continuing Professional Development (5.5 hours of CPD). Attendees will also take part in a Trade Show event before, during and after the seminar to meet with suppliers from a wide range of wound care and wound care adjacent industries.

Our In-Person Peer Support program gives carers the opportunity to take a break and build connections with other people who understand the joys and challenges of being in a caregiving role. Each session we will visit a different location in the Gladstone region to share experiences, tips for self-care and enjoy good company. The program will be delivered over 10 weekly sessions from 9:30am - 11:30am on Fridays starting from 10th April, 2026.
