A introduction to the art of 'story ballets,' focusing on creativity of movement, and exploring storytelling through dance. For ages 6-8. In this unique workshop, students will be introduced to the art of 'story ballets', focusing on the fun and creativity of movement, while exploring storytelling through dance. Students will learn about the story of a classic ballet and then explore how ballet uses technique, choreography, and physical expression to tell the story. This is a beginning level class and no prior experience is necessary. For ages 6-8.
