Biannual Clean-Up Competition For FCPS High Schools. Teams from rival high schools compete to collect the most trash, with the winning team enjoying a pizza party! Friends of Lake Accotink Park-FLAP hosts this challenge quarterly, highlighting the school that collects the most trash at each event. An annual winner will also be selected. Volunteers comb 497 acres to collect trash within the two-hour limit, improving the environment's health and the health of wildlife.
