Find the best dining events and make the most of your time in Meadowview. With our biggest dining event range and best discovery experience, there's something for everyone.

Appalachian roots. They run deep. They’re what Central Appalachia is made of. Hard-working people who love each other deeply. People who cherish family stories, traditions, farming, land, and of course, food. We’re back this Spring to wow your taste buds by blending locally sourced Appalachian-grown ingredients with Spanish inspired courses and a traditional Paella. The flavor combinations could not be more satisfying! Paella originated in the Albufera region of Valencia, Spain, in the early 18th century as a humble, open-fire lunch for farmers and laborers. This Spanish classic will feature locally sourced meats, vegetables, and rice simmered together in a rich, savory broth. Much like Appalachian cooking, Paella is rooted in community: one pan, shared around the table with friends. It’s the perfect centerpiece for a night that celebrates good food, local farms, and gathering together. Help us kick off our Farm to Table Supper season with our friends at Tumbling Creek Cider Company, and our host, Kelly Ridge Farms, LLC. Our guest Chef, Santiago Figaredo has curated the most flavorful menu featuring seasonal ingredients, fresh from the farm. 60 guests will enjoy a meal sure to please, with at least 70% of the ingredients sourced from local farmers. Nothing pretentious, just authentic and satisfying. Watch Chef Santaigo cook his Paella on an open flame outside as courses will be served in ample portions, some family style, so you can savor Appalachia and Spanish flavors with every mouthful. Each course is expertly paired with crisp, locally made Tumbling Creek ciders. We’ve been doing these fundraising Farm to Table suppers together for many years now. Each supper features a local chef who sources from local farmers and highlights seasonal fruits, vegetables, meats, and more. These suppers always sell out, so don’t wait. Save your seat today and support local farmers, local chefs, coffee roasters, cider makers and more.
