Create exciting vegetarian Italian dishes with a bounty of fresh produce. Hands-on. You’ll be working with a small team during class. Bright, bold, and bountiful, the season’s most colorful vegetables have earned the right to take center stage. Whether you’re a vegetarian or just want to get a rainbow of fruits and vegetables on your plate, our menu holds some exciting inspiration by way of Italy. You’ll learn how to coax out peak sweetness from ripe heirloom tomatoes, simmer a nourishing escarole and white bean soup, and layer a beautifully hearty lasagna. As a zesty finale, we’ll flaunt the tangy sweetness of freshly squeezed oranges in a Sicilian-inspired tart. You will be working in a small group. For ages 18 and up. 21 or older? You’ll enjoy a glass of wine paired with your meal.
Celebrate Mother's Day by spending the morning in our kitchen with Mom! You'll work with a small team to create an incredible brunch and then sit down to enjoy every bite. Our able instructors will guide you as you perfect your hollandaise sauce; poach eggs for eggs Benedict; create crispy potato pancakes; pan roast fresh asparagus; and bake a berry-filled brioche pudding.

Channel your sweetest French Quarter memories over a plate of snowy, powdered sugar–covered beignets anytime you like, once you’ve mastered how to whip them up from scratch! During class you’ll pick up essential tips and tricks for proofing yeast doughs, as well as learning best practices for frying classic beignets. Once you’ve mastered the iconic treats, you’ll learn how to level-up your beignet game by creating a savory crawfish version as well as a pastry cream–filled beignet with a crackly brûléed top that channels another New Orleans classic, bananas foster. You will be working in a small group. For ages 13 and up.

We’ll help whisk the intimidation right out of techniques like pasta-making, searing, baking, and more as you put together a complete Italian menu that is sure to impress any guest. Learn how to make delicious classic Italian meals together. This class is perfect for the whole family, while learning new cooking tricks and having fun with the guidiance of our Scuola Chef. Fun for all ages and children will be able to help with the preparation and participate in a hands-on cooking class! This is a great opportunity to also encourage children to try new food styles as our chef explains the stories of the producers, and offers pro-tips to parents as well for the best final result. We encourage children of all ages to join our classes with their families!
