In this class, you'll: learn the secrets of tender, crumbly butter cookies by making your very own batch, from scratch! practice using a stand mixer to make cookies master a delicious American-style buttercream (you'll work with others at your table to make different colors to share) practice piping buttercream on cookies learn lots of baking tips you can apply to other recipes explore how the ingredients work enjoy baking with fellow students feel set up for success by friendly, knowledgeable instructors leave with a box FULL o' cookies that you made yourself!
A fun, creative activity to enjoy with friends & family... just in time for Mothers' Day! Like art studio drop in spots, the idea is to provide a fun opportunity to flex your creative muscles and try out a new “craft” without needing to make an investment in specialty tools, etc. Have fun and let your inner creative loose! 'Open Studio' sessions are unstructured and self guided. A Muddy's gnomie will be present in case help is needed, but this is NOT an instructional class. Do your own thing with freestyle decoration and let your creativity out to play!
