They eventually found themselves in Boone, North Carolina where they caught the attention of folk icon Doc Watson while playing in front of a pharmacy. He invited the band to play at his festival, MerleFest, and the rest is history. It's been over twenty years since these humble beginnings.

Drivin N Cryin, a band with a rich history, began their journey in 1985 at Atlanta's 688 Club. Now inducted into the Georgia and Wisconsin Music Halls of Fame, they continue to thrive. With founding members Kevn Kinney, Tim Nielsen, and drummer Dave V Johnson, they've weathered the challenges of fame and evolving music trends. Recent projects include the re-release of 'Mystery Road' and a Darius Rucker cover of their hit 'Straight To Hell'. Their latest studio album, 'Live The Love Beautiful', and a tribute series to Kevn Kinney's songwriting showcase their enduring legacy. With a vast repertoire of songs and a relentless spirit, Drivin N Cryin shows no signs of slowing down.
Lucero celebrates 20 years of their acclaimed album 'Nobody's Darlings' by performing it in its entirety, followed by a selection from their extensive catalog. This special event offers fans a unique opportunity to experience the band's iconic music live. Tickets are priced at $29 in advance and $35 on the day of the show, with a ticket delivery delay in place to curb secondary market re-sale. Attendees must be 18+ unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. ADA accommodations are available on the day of the show.
