New laws require all Real Estate licensees to have a valid fingerprint card on file with the Department by November 2026 or at the time of renewal. Avoid delays by completing the process early. This event allows you to conveniently complete both your fingerprinting and application. The cost is $109 for fingerprinting, plus the applicable Arizona Department of Public Safety application fee. If you pre-register with AZDPS and pay their fee online, bring the confirmation and fingerprints cost only $32. Want to just get fingerprints? Fingerprints only cost $29. Payment may be cash or credit card only. Reservations are strongly encouraged; walk-ins will be accommodated if time permits.
