Learn to make these Mexican hand pies that can serve as appetizers or a meal. You'll make two doughs and the fillings; then you'll master the art of creating an empanada to your taste. At the end of class, you'll take 6 of each appetizer-sized empanada with you. For ages 18 and up. Are you 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine as you sample a selection of empanadas.

Working with a small team in our kitchen, you'll create a sugary, crunchy crust on seasonal fruit; poach an egg to perfection; produce a Texas twist on a classic French sauce; and bake a sticky bun. Then you'll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts! For ages 13 & up. Children 13 - 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.
In this basic pasta class, you'll master the art of making, rolling, and forming your own fresh pasta from scratch and creating a few of the sauces that complement them. You'll make the dough; form thin noodles, wide noodles, and sheets of pasta; and create three quick sauces. As class ends, you'll sample the results of your efforts. For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine as you sample the variety of pastas made.
Voulez-vous beignet avec nous? Channel your sweetest French Quarter memories over a plate of snowy, powdered sugar–covered beignets anytime you like, once you’ve mastered how to whip them up from scratch! During class you’ll pick up essential tips and tricks for proofing yeast doughs, as well as learning best practices for frying classic beignets. Once you’ve mastered the iconic treats, you’ll learn how to level-up your beignet game by creating a savory crawfish version as well as a pastry cream–filled beignet with a crackly brûléed top that channels another New Orleans classic, bananas foster. You will be working in a small group.
Create a stunning meal with a beef tenderloin wrapped in pastry as your centerpiece. You'll create an impressive main course preceded by a simple, refreshing salad; a complementary side dish; and finish with a rich, traditional dessert. Then you'll sit down to enjoy the results of your efforts. For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a class of wine paired with your meal at the end of class.
