Join us at Perqué for a unique event! An acting lesson followed by small presentations of scenes on our set! We are so happy to invite you to our very first Act and Sip! Think Paint and Sip, a casual way to engage in something creative and maybe drink a little bit with your friends! But instead of trying your hand at painting, you'll take to stage and do some acting! The evening will follow this itinerary: 7:00-7:15-chatting and BYOB service (Perqué is a BYOB venue, but we will provide glasses and chill beverages upon request! Please bring as much or as little refreshment as you want!) 7:15-8:15-Mini lesson in the Sanford Meisner Acting technique; taught by Pittsburgh's own Cam Nickel! 8:45-9:15- Scene performance! (Don't worry, you can hold your script) You and your group will perform your scene on our set! Sit back, relax, get another drink, and watch others perform until your group is called up to the stage!
