Join Lorraine Becker and The Christ Hospital Women's Heart Center for an in-person Heart Wellness Workshop! This FREE, in-person, and recurring workshop is hosted by Lorraine Becker and The Christ Hospital Women's Heart Center (TCH-WHC). It is intended for adult TCH-WHC patients and adult caregivers/loved ones supporting WHC patients, or other adult TCH Heart and Vascular patients. The purpose of the workshop is to learn and practice integrative therapies that incorporate gentle healing modalities such as guided meditation, breath awareness, restorative yoga poses, Reiki, and essential oil therapy to supplement traditional medical therapy to better manage pain, anxiety, and/or medical trauma.
