This session is the perfect way to wrap up your weekend and create space for peace, clarity, and grounding as you step into the week ahead. Certified Sound Therapist, Jessica Kirschner, will guide you through an intimate 60-minute healing meditation using a variety of Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments. Benefits of a sound bath may include improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, relief from digestive disorders, and emotional healing. Wear warm and loose fitting clothing you’re comfortable lying down in. Please bring a pillow for your head and a water bottle. No experience necessary. Beginners welcomed.
