Start with morning yoga, stay for focused coworking. $30 for 1-hour yoga + all-day workspace access at The Marketer Collaborative. Feb 20th, starting at 9:30am.
This gentle, accessible class invites participants to explore grief as a living, moving experience in a supportive environment. Using breath, mindful movement, and sound, we allow grief to flow through the body. Most movements are done seated or standing, and participants may bring a yoga mat if they wish, though no mat is required. All movement is optional, and rest is always welcome. No prior yoga experience is needed. This practice connects to the KHAC visual art exhibition // Rooms of Grief //, offering space to move, feel, and witness grief as it shifts, transforms, and creates room for renewal.
Join The Hive for this one-day workshop with Brooke Thomas!
Death informs life. By talking about it, by holding the conversation, and by caring listening, today's choices about how we want to live our lives can become much more clear.

Through guided conversations we will reflect on what we are grateful for in the lives we have lived, where we find joy in the lives we are living now, and our hope for what still lies ahead. Share the highlights of your personal journey, and find the common threads that connect us all. This series is led by Life Coach Diane Kinsella, MA, ACC.
Whether you're looking to decompress from the weekend or set a calm tone for the new week, this Sunday group session will help you recharge. This session is the perfect way to wrap up your weekend and create space for peace, clarity, and grounding as you step into the week ahead. Certified Sound Therapist, Jessica Kirschner, will guide you through an intimate 60-minute healing meditation using a variety of Tibetan singing bowls and other healing instruments. Benefits of a sound bath may include improved sleep, reduction of stress and anxiety, relief from digestive disorders, and emotional healing. Wear warm and loose fitting clothing you’re comfortable lying down in. Please bring a pillow for your head and a water bottle. No experience necessary. Beginners welcomed.
