Join us for a rare weekend seminar with martial arts legend and co-founder of To-Shin Do, Rumiko Hayes. Join us for this very special and rare full weekend seminar with An-shu Rumiko Hayes, co-founder of the martial art of To-Shin Do, a martial arts system that teaches physical and mental strategies to win against all odds. Mrs. Hayes is a master of taking and maintaining control of her attackers balance. Using timing and skeletal manipulation she keeps a bigger stronger aggressor off balance no matter how they attack. As a small person, Mrs. Hayes has spent decades training with people many times her size, and has learned very effective techniques that any of us can use to control the balance of the attacker. The traditional ninja martial art not only was designed over centuries to harm, but also to heal. Mrs. Hayes incorporates a bit of her Ryu Tai 'ninja yoga' into her seminars to help participants learn how to not just move more effectively, but to thrive in body, mind and spirit. In-person space is VERY limited in person, so enroll today! An online Zoom training option is also available. For in-person attendees there will also be a Friday evening training available with Cincinnati Quest Martial Arts instructors James and Jojo Norris.
