Are you looking for a fun French Macarons class that you will make on your own? This is a gluten free dessert that is made with almonds. Pastry Chef, Ann LoParo, Aka Annie is so excited to be hosting a hands on in person French Macarons baking class in Berea at her new location! Annie is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has over 18 years professional baking experience as a Pastry Chef and over 6 1/2 years experience teaching thousands of students of all ages locally in Cleveland and internationally on zoom. In this class we will make our own French Macarons, a homemade buttercream. Everyone works individually and you will get to take home what you make. Pick your favorite color to make it your own!

Are you looking for fun, unique baking classes that are taught by a professional Pastry Chef that will help you become a more successful and more confident baker? Are you tired of going to the classes that have you just watch or work in a group setting and don't let you work on your own or take home any of the food? Pastry Chef, Ann LoParo, Aka Annie is so excited to be hosting a hands on in person Banana Cream Pie baking class in Berea at Cleveland's only baking school! Annie is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and has over 19 years professional baking experience as a Pastry Chef and over 8 years experience teaching students of all ages locally in Cleveland and internationally on zoom. Annie has taught over 1500 classes to students as young as 3 and has had her classes featured in both Country Living Magazine and Parade Magazine. In this class we will make our own Banana Cream pie. Everyone works individually and you will get to take home what you make. Classes are limited to 10 people per class. WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT ANYTHING IS NUT OR GLUTEN FREE. If you have any allergies or medical concerns, please inquire prior to signing up. There are no refunds at any time. All tickets are non-transferable. Every person that participates in the class is required to purchase a ticket. This class is for anyone ages 10 and older. Anyone under age 18 does require a parental consent form to be filled out by a parent or legal guardian. One form is required per student under age 18. By registering for the class, you consent to Annie's Signature Sweets LLC and all affiliated organizations using any photography or videography to be used on their websites, social media platforms, and any other type of printed or promotional campaigns for an indefinite amount of time. Feel free to contact me directly with any questions. Covid Statement: As always, my priority is the health and safety of everyone who attends my in-person baking classes. My goal is to provide a safe environment for all baking classes by implementing cleaning and sanitizing procedures recommended by local health officials. Tips about in-person classes: -Stay at home if you are feeling unwell -Maintain safe distance from other participants. -Masks are not required but encouraged. -Hand washing stations and hand sanitizer will be available for all participants.
A 3-day hands-on gluten-free baking camp for kids ages 7-13. Children work individually to advance their confidence and skills in the kitchen. They'll learn tips and tricks to help them gain confidence and learn lifelong skills in the kitchen. Each ticket covers all 3 days.
