Spirituality Events in Palenville

This workshop will explore chakras with sound for a collective vocal experience allowing you to release deep emotion, rage, and grief. We hold an astonishing power to heal using our own voices. Chakra toning is the practice of focusing and meditating on each chakra through vocalization and singing which releases and balances these energy epicenters. This workshop will include an exploration of the chakras and a collective vocal experience/sound bath allowing you to release your rage, grief, and joy with your voice. Using Shruti Box and Crystal Singing Bowls, I will introduce each chakra tonality and syllable and offer a meditation on that chakra. I establish the group tone and then channel and vocalize with the collective and encourage and create space for a beautiful cacophony of vocal sounds in celebration and honor of each unique voice. This session will have a particular focus on the New Moon and Equinox.
