Our Barre Above® class offers low impact toning, fusing pilates, yoga, and ballet to deliver a targeted muscular endurance workout. Class is open to all fitness levels. A mat/towel for support on the floor is recommended. There are a very limited number of mats to rent for $3. Wearing socks is recommended. Virtual attendance is an option.
