Join Ambika Swami, owner of Buffalo's Vada-Pav and Bites as she teaches you how to prepare and cook a full Indian vegetarian meal from start to finish, dishes include: Masala Bhat (Khichadi) - Basmati rice cooked with masala spice blend, vegetables and peanuts in ghee. The masala consist of dry coconut, coriander, cumin, cinnamon, and dried red chilies, Yogurt Kadhi - Buttermilk tossed with besan (chickpea flour) cumin & mustard seeds, garlic, ginger and green chili paste. Masala Papad- Crispy roasted or fried papad (papadum) topped with a fresh, tangy mixture of finely chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumber, and green chilies.
