We will dance under the maypole and move beneath the trees through a ceremonial dance journey. 🔥 Beltane celebrates life at its most alive, evoking sensual, creative, and abundant energy. It’s a festival of fire and flowers, of movement and union. It is an ancient Celtic festival considered the counterpart of Samhain (Halloween), as the veil is thin at this time of year, allowing for connection with our ancestors. It is also one of the fire festivals in the Wheel of the Year and is rooted in the ancient belief that fire purifies and protects.
