While the two day session will focus on discussion of Inn operations, purchase and financing process, Inn Valuation, and beyond, we will also take some time to discuss ongoing recovery efforts and improved occupancy and overall performance in the Asheville market, long celebrated as an Inn, B&B and independent lodging and lifestyle mecca. The two day intensive is our most in-depth future innkeeper program and allows for more face time and interaction with your instructors and hosting Innkeepers. This weekend seminar package, including instruction, workbooks, personalized follow-up consultation, meals, and breaks is only $495.00 for one person or $595.00 for two.
