Produced by his wife, Fiona Whelan Prine, the film is a star-studded tribute concert film celebrating the life and legacy of one of America’s greatest songwriters. Filmed in October 2022 at Nashville's Ryman Auditorium, the event brought together acclaimed artists, friends, and family to share behind-the-scenes stories and perform classic songs, honoring Prine's enduring legacy. Widely celebrated as one of history's greatest songwriters, John Prine captivated millions of fans and earned the admiration of icons such as Bonnie Raitt, Brandi Carlile, Tyler Childers, Lucinda Williams, Dwight Yoakam, Jason Isbell, and Bob Weir, amongst MANY many others — all featured in the film, performing on the Ryman stage in tribute to the life and music of this iconic artist.

★ 7PM SHOWING ★The Historic Capri Theater Brings Back Its Silent Film Legacy with a Charlie Chaplin Double Feature and Live Orchestra This Valentines Day.MINNEAPOLIS, MN The historic Capri Theater returns to its nostalgic silent film roots this Valentines Day with a Charlie Chaplin double feature, presented with live orchestral accompaniment. Audiences are invited to experience an unforgettable evening of laughter, romance, and inspiration a three-ring circus of orchestral music, cinema, and interactive theater. Each performance will be followed by a brief interview exploring the unique art form of silent film and the creative inspiration behind the music.The evening begins with local sensation The Poor Nobodys, performing their original score to Chaplins legendary short The Immigrant (1917). This acclaimed Minneapolis-based ensemble has built a reputation for crafting emotionally charged music across three studio albums, theatrical productions, film adaptations, and with modern contemporary filmmakers. Their rich instrumentation includes cello, vocals, clarinet, bass clarinet, acoustic and electric guitars, piano, Wurlitzer, synthesizer, upright bass, mandolin, electric tenor mandolin, drums, banjo, violin, and accordion.
