This special evening will be facilitated by her former student and lifelong friend, flamenco dancer and FLOR Chair, María Mazorra. Now based in New York, Liliana will reflect on her remarkable journey as a renowned flamenco dancer, teacher, choreographer, and mentor. Often referred to as the matriarch of flamenco in New York, she will share stories from her lifelong career—offering insight into the many milestones and the vibrant artistic community that have defined Liliana’s enduring legacy. This special event includes: Artist Talk, Slideshow celebrating Liliana’s career, Audience Q&A, Complimentary refreshments and libations.
