Reconnect with your body through guided sessions, joyful movement, and optional psilocybin-assisted therapy. Repair freeze responses, release tension, and rediscover joy in a supportive setting. All activities are optional and designed for neurodivergent and sensory-aware participants.

Get ready to dive deep into a space created to pause, breathe, & be honest about faith, mental health, & living whole & holy. Over two days, we gather for worship, honest panel conversations, keynote teachings, and breakout sessions that sit at the intersection of faith, mental health, and real life, not for fixing, but for encounter and restoration. This is a space set apart. A place to breathe, listen, and allow God to meet us in the areas we often rush past or carry alone.
