Join us for a cleanup after the Sugar Sand Festival at Pier 60! It’s that time of year again! Keep Pinellas Beautiful is excited to announce the 2026 Great American Cleanup (GAC) taking place from March 1st – June 30th. This Keep America Beautiful signature event engages thousands of volunteers, removing litter and beautifying locations throughout Pinellas County. This event is free and open to all, so gather your friends and join us! Please help us exceed last year’s accomplishments by joining Keep Pinellas Beautiful, the Sugar Sand Festival, and The City of Clearwater for this year's Great American Cleanup at Pier 60! Please Note: Volunteers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Special thanks to our GAC sponsors: Pinellas County, Keep America Beautiful, City of St. Petersburg, City of Largo, City of Clearwater, Surfing's Evolution & Preservation Foundation and Waste Pro. Please note: expect EXTREMELY long traffic delays/very limited parking due to the Sugar Sand Festival. Carpooling and alternative transportation methods are highly recommended.
