This in-person session will help you comply with the Detroit Benchmarking Ordinance! Buildings in Detroit over 25K square feet are required to report their 2025 energy and water usage by June 1, 2026. This in-person workshop will take you through the process of benchmarking your building, with a focus on data entry and troubleshooting. If you come prepared, you will leave this meeting with having met the benchmarking requirements in compliance with the June1st deadline!
