Explore flower essences that can support self-love, self-acceptance, and a softening of the inner critic with Cady Jo Patterson. Around Valentine’s Day, it’s easy to get caught up in romance, partnerships, and the many ways our love becomes external. Here, we’ll create time to explore flowers that can gently guide us back to the most important relationship of all- the relationship with self. Together, we’ll explore flower essences that can support self-love, self-acceptance, and a softening of the inner critic, especially in moments when these qualities feel harder to access. Through a Vitalist and intuitive lens, we’ll meet flowers that invite greater compassion, presence, and curiosity toward our inner experience. This class weaves together flower essence energetics, emotional themes, and practical application, offering support for both personal exploration and clinical practice. We’ll look at how these essences may support tenderness in the body, self-forgiveness, healthy boundaries, and the process of becoming more fully oneself.
Universal sounds and vibrations with Vinny Huynh. These mantras come from Vinny's ancestral lineage rooted in ancient Asia. They are compassionate prayers for all beings to be at peace and free from suffering. They can bring cleansing to the mind, purity within the heart, and awakening to one's spirit. 1-1.5hr Mantra meditation can last 45-1hr, spiritual conversation at the end of meditation. People can stay or leave during that time. Those that stay we can discuss any topic in spirituality. We say that understanding through deep conversations can awaken our mind and heart.
