Topics include: Fireline Safety Best Practices, Risk Recognition & Mitigation, Current Policies & Procedures, Working Safely Under Agency Supervision. Are you planning to work with USFS or CAL FIRE on active wildland fire assignments? This 8-hour required course is your first step in ensuring safety and compliance in the field. Receive a State Fire Marshal-Authorized Course Completion Card, valid for one year upon successful completion.
