This workshop is for anyone interested in exploring the healing potential of clowning. Through games and exercises, participants are invited to think less and feel more, using embodied play and guided reflection to connect with spontaneity, emotion, and creativity. Together we’ll explore the idea of the “clown body”—a softer, more present way of being that listens to impulses, welcomes vulnerability, and responds to what’s happening in the moment. No performance experience is needed. Just bring curiosity and a willingness to play.
Welcome to The Cuddle Sanctuary - for newcomers and seasoned cuddlers alike. First timers are amazed at how safe they feel. Boundaries are not just respected, but celebrated. By the end, expect to feel supported, deeply relaxed, and connected.

What if the next step isn’t doing more, but creating space for clarity, creativity, and deeper alignment to emerge? Creative Expansion Journey Across three intentional gatherings, we’ll move through a natural progression: Clarity → Creativity → Currency (Coherence) Through guided reflection, creative exercises, movement, breathwork, journaling, meditation, sound, and meaningful conversation, you’ll reconnect with your own creative intelligence and explore what’s ready to emerge next. If that resonates, this space was created for you.
