The Southern Supper Club is a members-only dining experience limited to just fifty guests — an evening built around good food, great company, and the kind of night you'll be talking about long after the last bite. Local chef Connor Rodery takes the helm for the evening, bringing his talents to a carefully crafted menu rooted in Southern tradition with a refined touch. The night begins at six o'clock with a cocktail hour featuring beef crostini and bacon wrapped dates, setting the tone for what's to come. At half past six, guests will be seated for a plated dinner of braised beef short ribs with a rich jus, parmesan polenta, and roasted asparagus, with warm bread pudding drizzled in bourbon sauce to close out the evening.
