Dining Events in Ann Arbor

The real creative period in the development of cocktails was the period from the 1860’s to just before Prohibition, the Golden Age. We’re going to talk about their history and mix some up. Sherry Cobbler (sherry), Old Fashioned (whiskey), Manhattan (whiskey), Martini (gin), Bijou (gin), Pisco Punch (brandy), Clover Club (gin). Total consumption is equivalent to around 2 cocktails per person over the 2 hour class.
